What is the difference between bulk orders and a B2B account?
Bulk orders are for one-off large quantities. A B2B account is for businesses that order regularly. With a B2B account you get a dedicated rep, stored artwork, priority production, and pricing that improves over time. If you order more than once or twice a year, a B2B account is the better fit.
Is there a minimum order volume to qualify?
No strict minimum. We open B2B accounts for any business that orders on a recurring basis, whether that is monthly reorders or a few seasonal runs per year. If you are planning to order again, a B2B account saves you time and money.
Can I still place bulk orders through my B2B account?
Absolutely. Your B2B account covers everything including large one-time production runs. The difference is that your account rep handles the quoting and coordination instead of you going through a public form.
How quickly can I get my account set up?
We set up new B2B accounts within one business day of receiving your information. Your account manager will reach out to introduce themselves and collect any brand assets.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Qualified B2B accounts can pay by purchase order. We also offer monthly consolidated invoicing for accounts with regular order volume.
What happens to my existing quotes and orders?
Once your B2B account is active, your account manager can take over any open quotes or in-progress orders. You do not need to start over.
