How long does it take to launch a store?+
Most stores go live within 10 to 14 business days after your onboarding call. This includes design, store setup, product creation, and domain configuration.
Do I need to provide any design files or artwork?+
No. Our team designs your merch from scratch based on your brand guidelines, logo, and preferences. If you have existing artwork, we'll use it. If not, we create it for you.
Who handles shipping and returns?+
We do. Every order is fulfilled and shipped directly from our production facility to your customer. Returns and exchanges are handled through us, not through you.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes. All plans include custom domain setup. Your store can live at merch.yourcompany.com or any subdomain you choose.
What products can I sell in my store?+
T-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, accessories, and more. We work with premium blank brands and can source most apparel and product types your audience would want.
Do I keep the revenue from sales?+
Yes. You set your retail prices. Bossy Panda charges a flat monthly fee and a per-item production cost. Everything above that is yours.
What happens if a product sells out or a supplier changes?+
We monitor inventory and supplier availability. If something changes, we update your store and notify you. No surprises, no downtime.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?+
Yes, anytime. If you cancel, your store will be taken offline at the end of your billing period. Your product designs and store assets remain yours.
