Common questions

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to secure your date and allow time for design prep. Peak seasons (June to August, November to December) book fast. The earlier the better.
What garments and products can you print at an event?
We can print on t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, tote bags, and hats. We bring a range of sizes and colors so guests have real choices. Got something specific in mind? Ask us.
How long does it take to print each item?
Most items are done in 2 to 5 minutes. At a busy station, guests design, we print, and they walk away with their piece in under 10 minutes.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes. We travel anywhere across Canada for larger events. Travel fees may apply depending on location and event size. Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote.
Can guests bring their own designs or photos?
Absolutely. Guests can bring a logo, a photo, or any artwork they want on their item. We handle the prep and print it for them on the spot.
What's the minimum order size?
There is no minimum. Every package covers a range of guests. Even our Pop-Up package can handle as few as 10 guests. Contact us for anything outside our listed ranges.
