What are the two kiosk models and what is included?+
We offer two models: the Table Top at $1,500 per unit (compact countertop design, great for checkout counters and reception desks) and the Fully Standing at $2,500 per unit (a full floor-standing display that commands attention on an open retail floor). Both include the built-in Stripe payment terminal, complete brand programming, your included merch package, and shipping to your location. You are ready to sell on day one.
Is the monthly fee per kiosk or per brand?+
The monthly SaaS fee is per brand, not per kiosk. Whether you have one unit or ten, you pay one flat monthly rate. Only the hardware (the kiosks themselves) is priced per unit. For example, 2 table tops and 1 standing unit = 2 x $1,500 + 1 x $2,500 = $5,500 in hardware, plus one monthly plan fee for your brand.
Do I need any technical skills to set it up?+
None at all. Your kiosk arrives programmed and tested. You unbox it, plug it into power and Wi-Fi, and it is live. If you ever hit a snag, our support team handles it for you.
How long does shipping take?+
Most kiosks ship within 5 to 10 business days after your onboarding call. Delivery across Canada typically takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I update the products or pricing on my kiosk?+
Yes. You manage your catalogue from your Bossy Panda dashboard and changes push to the kiosk automatically over Wi-Fi. No manual updates, no downtime.
Do I need my own Stripe account?+
We set up Stripe for you as part of onboarding. Payments go directly to your bank account through Stripe Connect. Bossy Panda never holds your revenue.
What if the kiosk breaks or has a hardware issue?+
All kiosks come with a hardware warranty. If something fails, contact support and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Growth and Brand plans have priority SLA response.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?+
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your kiosk hardware stays yours. If you cancel, remote software updates and support will stop, but the unit will continue to function in offline mode.
